Anna Axlund, CPT is a yoga teacher and a mobile personal fitness trainer. She helps her clients to improve flexibility, balance and functional strength. Being mobile she is able to bring a variety of fitness equipment to her client’s homes and also uses equipment they already own. Anna’s yoga classes are a combination of vinyasa flow, asthanga, hatha and are held Monday-Thursday at 7:30 PM at In Light Hyperbarics, 204 W 16th Street, Vancouver, WA 98663. Beginners are welcome!
